3:31 minutes to explain it all

I have been looking for a quick way to explain to clients the move from the broadcast model to social marketing – this just may be the answer. Enjoy.

  1. Hi Bob – the animation explains the concept of behavioural marketing very well – especially its origin in a super saturated sensory environment. Some of the imagery did remind me of the 1956 animated film Animal Farm and the authoritarian world(s) described by Orwell. When we discussed this idea I raised the problem of seeking to cover very small niche markets with relatively few messages. Do you see an ongoing role for simple brand awareness? If the cost of marketing through small social groups is huge then the challenge will be to measure the bonding strength in each social group. James
